The Role: As a Sales Executive at Delhi Land Planners, you\'ll be a key player in driving sales for our exclusive portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects. You\'ll wear many hats, from identifying and qualifying leads to building strong relationships with clients and ultimately closing deals.   • Lead Generation and Qualification:Proactively source new business opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, online lead generation, etc.)
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, motivations, and budget constraints. Convert qualified leads into appointments and site visits
  • Client Relationship Management:Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive service
Provide expert guidance and counsel on market trends, property features, and investment potential Negotiate contracts and terms to secure deals that benefit both the client and the company
  • Presentation and Sales:Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the unique value proposition of our luxury properties, drawing upon Delhi Land Planners expert marketing materials and insights
Address client inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and confident communication. Effectively handle objections and navigate challenging situations to secure sales. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on win-win outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and its target audience
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a relentless pursuit of achieving goals
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable presentation skills
