As a Sales Executive in the hotel industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our hotel\'s services and facilities, and coordinating sales efforts to meet and exceed targets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hotel remains a top choice for guests and business clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Promotion of Hotel Services
Provide clients with accurate and enticing information on available packages and promotions.
Create and update sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the hotel\'s brand image.
Negotiation and Closing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales within the hotel industry.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with hotel booking systems and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
