This role involves selling residential and commercial properties and multiple projects, one of our prestigious real estate developments in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell properties.
• Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships for recurring business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead Management

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent leadership & teambuilding skills.

• Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai/Mumbai real estate market.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools to track sales and leads.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:

• Bachelors degree (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
• Presentation Skills & AutoCAD skills (preferable for property-related visualization).
