As a Sales Executive at Kirit Industries, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our range of Rotary Gear Pumps and other industrial pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends

- Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their benefits and features

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals

- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in Rotary Gear Pumps or Industrial Pumps

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
