Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up on leads and inquiries.

- Understand and promote the clinic's services to potential clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the clinic's services and sales processes.

2) Part-Time Sales Executive

:

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Sales Executive to contribute to our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are seeking a flexible work schedule while helping to promote mental health services.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field is a plus.

- Previous sales experience, ideally in healthcare or mental health.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
