Job Description


  • Thane \xe2\x80\x93 Vasai- Tharapur \xe2\x80\x93Boisar - 2 \xe2\x80\x93 B Com/ BA for Non SKF sales(Groz/ Camfil/Ewillix/ Lincoln/ Diploma in mechanical
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and maintaining the existing customers.
  • Presenting the products and services to the customers.
  • Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
  • Working in collaboration with the team members.
  • Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
  • Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
  • Writing sales contracts as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
  • Tracking and analysing the sales performance metrics.
  • Understanding the current market potentials.
  • Resolving customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
  • Building a positive relationship with the customers.
  • Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
  • Asking for and keeping track of customer feedback while also analysing the information to develop fresh sales and marketing tactics for niche markets
  • Customer Visits / Sales follow-ups / Co-ordination with Maintenance team
  • Conducting research, creating, and modifying goods to satisfy consumers\' technological demands and wants.
Requirement: Graduates with relevant 2-4 years experience in Industrial sales and technology. Diploma (Mechanical)/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing/B.Com or B.A(Technical Sales Experience)/Marketing

  • Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the Sales department.
  • A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
