Responsibilities:
Meeting and maintaining the existing customers.
Presenting the products and services to the customers.
Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
Working in collaboration with the team members.
Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them.
Writing sales contracts as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
Tracking and analysing the sales performance metrics.
Understanding the current market potentials.
Resolving customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
Building a positive relationship with the customers.
Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
Asking for and keeping track of customer feedback while also analysing the information to develop fresh sales and marketing tactics for niche markets
Customer Visits / Sales follow-ups / Co-ordination with Maintenance team
Conducting research, creating, and modifying goods to satisfy consumers\' technological demands and wants.
Requirement: Graduates with relevant 2-4 years experience in Industrial sales and technology. Diploma (Mechanical)/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing/B.Com or B.A(Technical Sales Experience)/Marketing
Market Analysis and Business Development.
Good interpersonal & Presentation skills

Willingness to travel.
Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the Sales department.
A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
