Designation: Tele caller

Department: Sales & Marketing

looking for an energetic and articulate Tele caller to make outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and Contractor to generate leads, sales, and to enquire about new enquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
• Update customer database and records accurately
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
• Build relationships with customers and prospects through effective communication

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain strong industry network and relationships.
