Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their energy needs.
• Provide tailored solar solutions and prepare detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with the technical and management team to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits and present energy-saving benefits to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (experience in solar or renewable energy sector is a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
