We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Doctor Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors across the city. This position requires excellent communication, networking, and business development skills to ensure a steady inflow of referrals and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build Relationships:
• Establish and nurture strong connections with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the city.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, updates, or support needs.
• Business Development:
• Approach doctors to generate referrals and business for our services.
• Present our services effectively to align with doctors' needs.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our network.
• Relationship Management:
• Regularly visit doctors to maintain and strengthen professional ties.
• Address concerns, feedback, or suggestions promptly and professionally.
• Organize periodic events or meetings to engage doctors and enhance collaboration.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Gather feedback from doctors to improve services and identify potential growth areas.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular updates on activities, outcomes, and challenges.
• Maintain records of doctor interactions and business outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, relationship management, or sales (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
