Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Promotion:
• Actively promote and sell spare parts for agricultural implements to local hardware and retail shops.
• Identify potential clients and expand the customer base within the agricultural spare parts market.
• Conduct product presentations and educate dealers on the benefits and features of the spare parts range.
• Channel Marketing:
• Develop and implement strategies for channel marketing to increase brand visibility and product penetration in local markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and resellers in the agriculture sector.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns aimed at the retail network.
• Field Visits & Networking:
• Travel extensively via local transport to visit hardware shops, retail outlets, and agriculture implement dealers.
• Ensure consistent engagement with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and on-the-ground support.
• Provide timely and accurate market feedback to management, including competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to spare parts, services, and after-sales support.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Monitor sales performance and proactively work to improve sales results in assigned territories.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the agricultural or spare parts industry. Prior experience in channel marketing is a plus.
• Experience in field sales or direct selling with a strong understanding of retail sales dynamics.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and partners.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Personality Traits:
• Energetic, self-driven, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

• Travel Requirements:

• Education:
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or agriculture is a plus.
