Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, your main role is to connect with potential clients and help them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. You'll be responsible for promoting our solar solutions and services, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Roles and Responsibility:

oIdentify and source potential residential customers for installing solar rooftop.

oCo-ordinate with other team members to develop new leads along with reference leads.

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.

oConduct meetings with customers to understand their current and future requirements and provide them complete product information along with our company's strength.

oDemonstrate each and every benefit of our solar rooftop system.

oPrepare comprehensive tailored proposal and offer to customer.

oNegotiate with customer, if needed and secure profitable deal.

oDiscuss and coordinate with sales manager to finalize agreements for further laisoning works.

oEnsure timely closure of sales transactions and meet all assigned monthly targets.

oStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and govt. regulatory changes, affecting the solar energy sector.

oProvide feedback to the management about market conditions and customer needs.

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities our CRM software.

oPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management reviews.

Educations and Experience:

oGraduate in any discipline, Diploma/PG in marketing is a plus.

oProven track record of marketing and sales experience 1 to 2 years. (Solar experience will be a plus)

oExperience in tele calling and client presentation/support.

Requirements

oStrong written and verbal communication skills.

oStrong analytical and negotiation skills.

oAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

oFamiliar with CRM software and sales analytical tools.

oAbility to understand technical aspects of solar solutions.

oResults-driven and able to work towards targets.

oskills including hands on experience with MS Word, MS excel, Internet is highly desired.

oVehicle (Two-wheeler) and driving license must require.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
