Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through inside and direct sales efforts. This role involves managing B2B accounts, generating leads, and utilizing technical sales knowledge to promote technology solutions.
Duties
• Conduct inside and direct sales activities to acquire new customers and upsell to existing clients
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, providing exceptional account management services
• Utilize lead generation techniques to identify potential customers and expand the client base
• Employ technical sales expertise to effectively communicate the value of technology solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
• Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, and technical sales roles
• Strong ability to manage B2B accounts and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in lead generation techniques and account management practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with upselling strategies in a technology sales environment
