:
1. Executive shall generate leads by promotion & presentations of PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials , equipment's & instruments to dental professionals, government institutions , colleges , laboratories, and hospitals.
2. Executive shall convert the generated leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales objectives& targets.
• To learn & up skill technically about all the PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials , equipment's & instruments . Attend company sponsored training programmes & appear in tests post training sessions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and presentations to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental dealers, professionals, laboratories, and hospitals.
• Daily report to sales coordinator about sales and marketing efforts through company's given format / mobile application .
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the dental materials market&sharing all key competitors information to sales coordinator
• Consistently meet and exceed given sales targets.
• Provide exceptional& prompt customer support and service .
• Gather and report valuable market feedback on company's products , packaging , delivery , etc.
• Shall focus more on secondary market sales growth. Besides primary ( dealer ) sales.
