Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Interior and Architecture solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of interior and architectural products, and proven sales experience. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating how our products and services can enhance their spaces.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their project requirements and preferences.

Act as a liaison between the client and our design and project teams.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:

Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior and architecture industry.

Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on product selection, design solutions, and project specifications.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive information is provided to clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals that address client needs and showcase the value of our products and services.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Coordinate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide ongoing updates.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior and architecture industry.

Strong understanding of interior design principles and architectural concepts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
