We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Vijaynagar, Indore. The Sales Executives will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling our comprehensive suite of IT services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions based on our service offerings.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.

- Collaborate with the delivery and support teams to ensure smooth project hand-offs and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using our CRM system.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in IT services or related industry.

- Intermediate experience level preferred, with at least 2-3 years of successful sales track record.

- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, SaaS Services, Cloud Services, and IT Consulting.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
