• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Generate regular reports and analyze sales data.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year - 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).

Shift Timings: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9,319.25 - 34,565.11 per month Benefits:
