Key responsibly

Focus on sales - Vehicle sales , new Vehicle, PL, BL

Hires, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all associates rleated to car/vehicle (Sales) and provides them with the support to meet these goals.

Prepares and administers an monthly Sales Tracker and data

Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for used-vehicle purchasers.

Processes BDM's incentive sheets daily and monitors the payroll records of all used-vehicle BDM's through the support of HR team.

Conducts weekly sales review meetings with team mates for boosting . (state wise and segment wise)

Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.

Handles all quries received from BIC, TSM and seniors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
