Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers within the designated market. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
