Job Description

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
