We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, building relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach, including field visits to meet potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales : Visit businesses in the assigned area, build relationships, and promote our services.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Sales Pitch : Effectively present our services and explain how they can benefit clients, tailoring pitches to meet their needs.
• Business Development : Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management : Follow up with potential clients, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Market Research : Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the Healthcare industry.

Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and persuade potential clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Education : Bachelor in sales and Marketing.
• Driving License : Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently (petrol expenses will be reimbursed).
