JOB - Sales executive and Administrator at Excellence Foundation
Position Overview:
• Conducts daily sales calls and arranges meetings with students
• Meet and exceed conversion targets
• Answer student queries in a prompt and professional manner
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into joining the class through effective sales techniques.
• Student Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential students. Understand their requirements, provide service information, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs. Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and proposals promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including student information, sales activities, and revenue data. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Hands on MS-Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles, including lead generation
• Ability to understand student needs, identify opportunities, and present solutions accordingly.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
