We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media).
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how our services/products meet their needs.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and messaging.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance and market feedback.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better position our offerings.
Requirements
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven track record of success in a sales role (preferably B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and persuade.
• Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's License : Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required.
