Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting B2B clients in the outbound travel industry
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured selling processes and effective negotiation.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate offerings and solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed.
Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and activity reports, to provide insights and feedback to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years in B2B sales within the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in outbound travel services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-motivated.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's travel market and experience working with DMCC will be a plus.
Language: Proficiency in English
