Join us at SYSMIC as a Sales Executive, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to showcase your webinar and product demo skills, as well as your expertise in sales calling and lead conversion. This role demands exceptional communication (in English, Hindi and Marathi), persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

This is a dynamic role for a motivated and articulate individual to join our growing sales team!

Responsibilities:

• You will be an outbound hunter, prospecting for new clients through cold calling and email marketing and physical meets.
• Take the lead in showcasing the value of our innovative SYSMIC products to potential clients.
• Convert those interested leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Utilize our CRM system to keep track of leads and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs.
• Craft and host engaging webinars to introduce our products and generate leads.
• Deliver captivating live product demonstrations that leave a lasting impression.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content for webinars.
• Keep yourself updated on SYSMIC's latest product offerings and customer needs to enhance your sales performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales in IT industry or for softwware, cloud, SAAS product is preferred.
• Excellent convincing & communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation abilities, particularly in a virtual setting for webinars and demos.
• A proven track record of success in lead conversion.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant technology.
• A customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage your time effectively.
• Previous experience with webinars, live demos, or public speaking is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Software Industry, SAAS products, and the Hosting Industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
