Job Description

•Job Summary•:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable •Sales Executive and Technician• to join our team in the cycling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cycling, excellent sales skills, and hands-on technical expertise to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our cycling products while also assisting customers with repairs, bike assembly, and product recommendations.

•Key Responsibilities•:

•Sales Executive Duties •:

- •Customer Engagement•: Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending cycling products (bikes, accessories, apparel, etc.) that best fit their requirements.

- •Sales Performance•: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, explaining product features, and closing sales.

- •Product Knowledge•: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, brands, and cycling trends to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

- •Inventory Management•: Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper product availability on the sales floor.

- •Promotions and Events•: Organize or participate in store promotions, cycling events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

- •Customer Relationship Management•: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business through effective communication and follow-up.

•Qualifications •:

•Education & Experience •:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certifications in bicycle mechanics is a plus.

- 2+ years of experience in a sales role within the cycling industry or a related field.

Skills & Competencies •:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and assembling bicycles.

- Knowledge of cycling products, brands, and trends.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Comfortable using POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail tools.

- Passion for cycling and a genuine interest in promoting cycling as a lifestyle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
