Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires a proactive, motivated, and customer-centric individual who is adept at relationship building and possesses excellent communication skills. You will be the face of Venon Hospitality for our clients, embodying our dedication to quality service and bespoke experiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients in both B2C and B2B segments.
• Establish a network of high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and travel agencies to drive bookings and referrals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Venon Hospitality's services and grow the client base.
2. Sales Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and tactics for target accounts, consistently driving revenue growth.
• Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain accurate client records.
3. Personalized Client Consultation
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' travel desires, preferences, and budget.
• Present customized travel options and upsell premium services, packages, and experiences that align with Venon Hospitality's luxury offerings.
• Prepare proposals, close sales, and ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to confirmed bookings.
4. Collaborate with Internal Teams
• Work closely with the operations, marketing, and concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to help develop new packages and offerings.
5. Market Research and Strategy Development
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the luxury travel industry.
• Identify and pursue new markets or client segments, suggesting innovative approaches to increase market penetration.
6. Client Retention and Follow-Up
• Follow up with clients post-booking and post-trip to ensure a satisfying experience and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collect feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to deepen client loyalty.
• Actively seek referrals and reviews from satisfied clients to build Venon Hospitality's reputation and client base.
