Key Responsibilities :
• Generate and manage leads for bank auction properties
• Perform site visits with potential buyers and provide detailed property information
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Assist in closing property deals and achieving sales targets
• Willingness to travel as required for site visits and meetings
Qualifications :
• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to travel for site visits
