Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team with a focus on generating export leads, managing Facebook lead generation campaigns, and driving domestic sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting potential leads into customers across multiple channels, ensuring that targets are met in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation (Export): Identify and generate export leads through market research, networking, and participation in trade shows or online platforms. Build strong relationships with international clients to drive export sales.
• Facebook Lead Generation: Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to generate quality leads. Use Facebook's tools and insights to capture and convert leads for both export and domestic markets.
• Domestic Sales: Identify and approach potential clients in the domestic market, pitch products or services, and close sales deals. Maintain a strong network with local businesses and partners.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both domestic and international clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including lead conversion rates, sales targets achieved, and client feedback.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and more.
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of export sales and the ability to identify potential international clients.
• Proficiency in Facebook advertising and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international markets and customer behavior.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on export and digital lead generation.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and lead generation tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in domestic and international markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
