Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive specializing in air and sea freight forwarding, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on promoting our comprehensive logistics solutions to businesses across various industries, showcasing the value and efficiency of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects to pursue.
• Client Engagement : Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our air and sea freight forwarding capabilities. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Sales Negotiation : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals. Work closely with the pricing team to develop competitive proposals. timely collection of invoices from customer.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use insights to formulate effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration : Liaise with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and fulfillment of client requirements.
• Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight operations, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
