Job Profile

Position: Sales Executive (7 positions available)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in any product sales (financial / non-financial)

Requirements:

• Must have a two-wheeler (compulsory)
• Local candidates preferred (West Pune)
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi
• Any graduate degree

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell mutual funds and insurance products
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver results

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: INR 20,000 per month (increment after 6 months of evaluation)
• Conveyance Allowance: INR 5,000 per month
• Monthly Incentives based on performance
• Long Term stay benefits
