Job Description

• Customer Acquisition : Identify and target potential customers to generate new business. This involves prospecting, cold calling, and attending networking events.
• Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation : Negotiate terms of sales and contracts to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
• Customer Service : Address client inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and negotiate.
