The Weaver is a Mumbai-based company that specializes in designing and creating handmade rugs and carpets. We believe that everyone is an artist, and we aim to create experiences that speak a million words. Our biggest inspirations are our clients, and we share the experience of carpet weaving together. We have supplied carpets to Switzerland, Dubai, and Canada, and we are on a mission to reach out to the world.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at The Weaver. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.

Location: Lower Parel, West

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Qualifications:

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Good understanding of the handmade rugs and carpets industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience with HNI clients

Ideal Candidate:

• Good at E-mail and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Does not need to be spoon-fed and has strategic skills.
• Proven client service success in managing multiple projects.
