Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our media and advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new business opportunities, retaining existing clients, and driving revenue growth by offering innovative advertising solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to client relationship management, market research, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and target potential clients across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.

Client Retention & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering value-added solutions.
• Provide regular updates, performance reports, and campaign insights to clients.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and loyalty.

Advertising Solutions & Campaign Management

• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized advertising packages and campaigns.
• Educate clients on media and advertising trends, helping them leverage new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms, digital marketing, and media planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Good English Communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Yearly bonus
