As a Sales Executive at Rohaan Constructions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our real estate properties. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the real estate market, including current listings, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve optimal outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).
• A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
