Job Title - Sales Executive - Male
Experience Required - 1+ years
Job Responsibility -:
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales target.
• Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales target.
• Cold call, email, and message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
• Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
• Develop relationship with clients to increase performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
