Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Boy to join our team. As a Sales Boy, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving monthly targets. You will interact directly with customers, provide product information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of ?1,00,000.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by Being Electro.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring the store is well-organized.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promotions: Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and special offers to customers.
• Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and update management on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks related to stock handling.
