We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling and promoting HPCL's extensive range of lubricants. The primary role involves ensuring the availability of products to local retailers, workshops, and end-users, while building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product sales: Identify and stock HPCL's lubricants to ensure a consistent and reliable supply for local retailers, workshops, and end-users.
• Market Development: Expand the customer base by identifying potential retailers and workshops that would benefit from our lubricant offerings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote HPCL's lubricants and achieve sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about HPCL's lubricant products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively educate customers.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform management decisions.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to local markets.
• Training and Support: Provide product training and support to retailers and workshops to ensure they are knowledgeable about HPCL lubricants.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the lubricants or automotive industry.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated territory to meet customers and conduct sales activities.
