• Staying up-to-date on trends and competitors
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads and track sales activities
• Handling customer inquiries, questions, and criticisms
• Creating and submitting offers and proposals
• Attending sales team meetings
• Participating in workshops to learn technical and professional skills
Some skills and qualifications that are typically required for a sales executive role include: excellent communication and negotiation skills, a degree in business or a related field, and experience in sales.
