We are looking for Field Sales Officer Location: Kolkata Company: Lucas Indian Service Ltd Qualification: ITI/ Diploma or Graduate (i.e. MMV, Motor Mechanic, Automobile) Experience: 1 - 2.5 years Must have experience in Automobile Industry in Field Sales profiles Candidates must have communication skill in Odia language From aftermarket Auto ancillary industry Target oriented - high performance Roles: 1. Ensures achievement of Primary Target for the designated area through: 1.1 Appropriate management of planned sales mix-i.e. product Mix 1.2 Understanding Potential part numbers, product mix to increase the sales 1.3 Appointing new distributors/retailers to increase the market share of LIS Products. 1.4 Handling promotional activities to achieve better results. 2. Ensure regular Market visit and rigorous follow up 2.1 Ensure Regular visits to existing Customers & managing them effectively. 2.2 Be in constant touch with existing customer be it Distributor or retailer and motivate them to increase product range and sell more. 2.3 Completion of 15 counter/customer visits (including both Distributors and Retailers) per day(mandatory). 2.4 Follow Beat Plan/Travel Plan without failure 3. Ensures customer satisfaction in his territory/area, by: 3.1 Helping customer to his secondary base by engaging with Jodidars/NG/Mechanics etc 3.2 Making MSR engage with Mechanics the performance of territory effectively 3.3 Clearly communicate the set expectations of the customers to BH and provide support to every customer in every possible manner. 4. Manages Collection Target 4.1 Ensuring achievement of collection Target and taking care of outstanding and over dues. 4.2 Appropriately handling customers going beyond 30 days outstanding 5. Helps branches to implement specific and effective promotional activities 5.1 Mass engagement of mechanics through - meets, and van campaigns 5.2 Effective retail connect through rigorous visits 6. Right knowledge and understanding 6.1 Information regarding adequate stock/material of different product availability and using it wisely 6.2 rightful information of highest selling parts number, product mix will help him to achieve better results 6.3 Selling appropriate product mix will help to achieve the target 7. Manages daily reporting and ensure to share Visits report, Collection Target, Target achievement report, Primary Sales report Candidates must have- 1. Thorough understanding of LIS product mix in his area - what is Auto Electrical automotive spare parts - how auto electrical automotive spare parts works - Strong Product Knowledge - to achieve the plan of sales mix - how to: a) understanding highest selling product /part number b) engage in helping the distributors and retailers achieve targets? c) monitor the progress of plan achievement? d) how to sell the market i.e. knowledge of potential district in his area e) how to manage outstanding? f) Understand the budget involved in each activity h) Overall Product mix business handling for Particular assigned territory/district/talukas and area for increasing rightful market share.
