: -The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the control panel manufacturing industry. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at the control panel manufacturing company.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align company solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell company products and services to the client.
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from the client account.
  • Monitor and track key account metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to the client.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with the client, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the control panel manufacturing industry, including trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Stay updated on the client's product offerings and developments within the industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the client based on market trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the control panel manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of control panel products and related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
