Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Good knowledge of the sales process
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools

Highly motivated and result-oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the designated market
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Understand client requirements and propose suitable HR solutions to meet their needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new selling opportunities
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of client projects
