Job description 1)Handle real estate customers inbound and outbound calls.
2)Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. Report on sales activities to senior management. Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing followup calls. Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property. Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements. Communicating and coordinating with field sales team. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Well-spoken communication skills are a must.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Highly organized, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective team player, who effectively works in direction.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Shift:
  • Fixed shift
