Designation - Sales Executive
Experience required: 4-5 years
Location: Trivandrum
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a team in Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic testing solutions to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Gather market feedback and competitor information to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
