At Autobacs India, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive, a role where you'll actively engage customers, promote our premium automotive products, manage sales transactions, and adeptly handle custom requests, including international sourcing. We are in search of candidates who bring a serious and professional approach to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach potential customers and promote our products.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Engage customers effectively, showcasing our top-tier automotive products.
• Efficiently manage and fulfill custom requests, including international product sourcing.
• Exhibit a consistently serious and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• A passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of automotive products, trends, and services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in negotiation and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
