The Sales Executive of Samagra Progressive Learning pvt ltd calls potential customers to attend the various paid & free offline and online programs over phone to entrepreneurs who are looking for such training initiatives. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product features and deliver value to the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Speak to customers over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers for our training programs.
• Explaining the product features and benefits in detail.
• Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
• Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
• Generation of Leads for our webinar and programs via database calling, campaigns & references
• Strictly adhere to the process requirements
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling with the given leads
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Performance bonus

• Weekend availability
