Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Cochin

Job Summary:

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

4. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align sales strategies.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

7. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
