Job Description

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the Royal Enfield product range.

Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling motorcycles, accessories, and related services.

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive showroom experience.

Respond to inquiries, offer product knowledge, and assist in test rides.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Royal Enfield motorcycles, features, and specifications.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Execute the full sales process, from initial customer contact to closing the sale.

Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and finalize transactions.

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

1. Experience

Relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Freshers can also apply.

2. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Enthusiastic about motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
