Job Title: Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting potential suppliers, driving business growth, and achieving targets.
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential suppliers to establish and maintain partnerships
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the supplier network and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, providing ongoing support and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including factory operations and marketing, to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and supplier feedback to the management team.
• Ensure the maintenance and regular updates of the supplier database as necessary, while also collaborating with the administrative team to facilitate the preparation of quotations and contracts.
• Prepare monthly or weekly plans and schedule collection within respective geography.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree/ Engineering is a must
• Masters will be advantageous
Background & Experience (Years)
• 1-2 years of experience in managing B2B or B2C operations within the waste management or recycling industry.
• Fluency in English/ Hindi is mandate.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
