Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline of leads, and establish connections to generate sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Negotiation: Handle negotiations effectively to secure the best deals for the company while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [industry].
