Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' business objectives and challenges.
Develop compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
Engage in effective negotiations with clients to close deals on favorable terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Track sales activities, prepare accurate sales reports, and contribute to sales forecasting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
